Returns and Exchanges
You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
Returns due to default or shipping errors are free of charge. For returns due to buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Refunds
The refund will be processed using the same payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the product. If the card is canceled, you can provide a bank account for the refund.
